You are responsible for the information you share, the people you contact, and keeping your login details secure.

Provide accurate profile details and keep them up to date. Do not impersonate others, create fake accounts, or use LOQA for spam, scams, harassment, or illegal activity.

We may moderate photos and content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules or put other members at risk.

Likes, matches and messages are for genuine dating and social discovery. Do not solicit money, share others' private information, or push members off the platform for harmful purposes.

Meet safely: prefer public places for first meetings, and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. More guidance is on our Security page.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and benefits are shown before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim to keep LOQA available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that you will find a match. We may update features, these Terms, or end parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
